Your complete website, built on the design you chose, with your words and images, at a normal link you can open anywhere. No card or payment. It's a showcase website: services, photos, information and contact links. Shops, booking systems and customer accounts aren't included.

Your chosen design sets the style and layout. Your words and photos change how the finished site looks. We adapt the design to your business; new layouts or a different design aren't part of the price.

We use the images you send as supplied, in the design's image spaces, so they may be cropped or look different from the sample. If you don't send any, the design's own images stay.

Custom visuals (+$120) adds up to 10 AI images to fit your design. Video and photo retouching aren't included.

$600 one time. It includes three rounds of changes in the first month after delivery, each taking about 5 working days. The finished files are yours. If it's not for you, there's nothing to pay.

Care, $250 a year (optional): we host your website with HTTPS, do basic maintenance and make four small content updates a year, one each quarter. Renewal is up to you.

Without Care: you get a ZIP of the finished website to edit yourself or host anywhere. Your domain is always separate: you buy and renew it in your name.

You see your finished preview before paying anything. Paying and accepting your preview is the go-ahead, so there's no refund after that.

Orders placed before these terms keep the terms they were sold with.
